At Graham Pow Specialist Roofing we offer our customers the opportunity to take advantage of our annual maintenance service.

The Annual Maintenance Contract consists of:

• A comprehensive report with images of your roof to provide an overall understanding of the current condition of your roof.
• Cleaning of all Rhone's and Guttering
• Check the integrity of the rainwater downpipes
• Carry out minor repairs on slated or tiled roof types
• Carrying out minor emergency repairs to flat roofs and any other roof elements

If you feel this is an option you would like to take we will contact you on your pre-selected inspection month. You will have the opportunity at this time whether you would like to have the inspection carried out for that particular year. We will then make an appointment date and time with you for our team to attend.
